The superior two bedroom apartment (loft) is a rather spacious apartment (approximately 45 m2) as it has two separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, and all the necessary utensils (kettle, toaster, coffee machine etc) and a private bathroom with shower.

The one bedroom has a double bed and the second three single beds making it suitable up to 5 persons (max 4 adults)

 It also provides satellite TV, Wi-fi, two air-conditions, safety box, and a comfortable balcony with amazing sea view as the loft is at the top floor and the Mediterranean Sea is less than 100 metres away from the property.

Bed sheets and bath towels are also provided and replaced with clean ones twice a week while there is also a cleaning service responsible for cleaning the apartment quite frequently (the above facilities r also included in the price).

A free private parking area, a patio, BBQ facilities, beautiful gardens and a free washing machine are also provided for my guests.

The coastal, picturesque village of Amoudi -where my unit is located- has a small, sandy and not too crowded beach with crystal clear water, ideal for families and all those seeking for relaxing holidays. A mini-market, a few family-run traditional restaurants and a free-access swimming pool of a snack bar close by are all in an easy walking distance.
